Introduction: I help leaders gain insight into the divine orchestration of their development as a leader over their lifetime. As a result, they face challenges with greater confidence and clarity. My clients are business professionals and ministry leaders who are seeking to connect their career and their calling. I am also a full-time executive coach and leadership development advisor for a Fortune 100 corporation, bringing over 25 years of corporate experience to support my executive coaching clients as a confidential sounding board and strategic business advisor. My educational credentials include a PhD in organizational leadership, an MBA, and a bachelor's in psychology. I coach leaders at all levels and, at your request, I will incorporate a biblical perspective along with solid business expertise. What happens during a coaching session? You will identify the topic of coaching. Together, we will explore what is getting in your way, what experiences have equipped you to face your next leadership challenge, and the next steps you want to take. The expertise I bring as a coach is to use powerful questions to enable you to achieve new insights that may prompt different actions. What you achieve is up to you. I will be your confidential partner on your journey.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I provide executive coaching for leaders in business and ministry. I also provide consulting on how to design leadership development and coaching programs for organizations. I am available as a keynote speaker as well and as a guest instructor on leadership development and coaching.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for an experienced coach who is certified with the International Coach Federation (ICF), as I am, which ensures extensive training as a coach, a significant number of verified hours of coaching experience, an oral and written exam, as well as a signed commitment to adhere to the ICF code of ethics. Most importantly, find a coach who "fits" with your personality and shares your values. Coaching is an investment that requires both time and financial resources, but its benefits are often immeasurable.
