Introduction: I help leaders gain insight into the divine orchestration of their development as a leader over their lifetime. As a result, they face challenges with greater confidence and clarity. My clients are business professionals and ministry leaders who are seeking to connect their career and their calling. I am also a full-time executive coach and leadership development advisor for a Fortune 100 corporation, bringing over 25 years of corporate experience to support my executive coaching clients as a confidential sounding board and strategic business advisor. My educational credentials include a PhD in organizational leadership, an MBA, and a bachelor's in psychology. I coach leaders at all levels and, at your request, I will incorporate a biblical perspective along with solid business expertise. What happens during a coaching session? Together, we will explore what is getting in your way, what experiences have equipped you to face your next leadership challenge, and the next steps you want to take.
