- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the scope, materials, and site conditions. Our in-home consultation is free, and we provide a clear written estimate before work begins. Any changes to the agreed scope are discussed and priced before we proceed. We always provide senior discounts, friends referral discounts, and more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting started is easy. You can upload photos of your space on our website and receive a free 3D visualization of your project before meeting us. Then we visit your home for a free consultation with our mobile showroom, so you can explore materials, discuss your goals, and make design choices with our specialist right at your doorstep. Once the plan and estimate are approved, we coordinate the work through completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold a California B-2 Residential Remodeling Contractor license and have five years of remodeling experience in California, and 7 years of construction experience in Armenia.
