- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very competitive class prices that include the student manual & 2-year certification. We do offer a 10% off when students bring a friend to be trained the same day. Group discounts for 6 or more people which includes on-site training at your location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They can sign up through our website or call us directly. We do not offer walk-in sign ups at this time due to building security and to allow us to better plan our classes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
American Heart Association BLS instructor, American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR and First Aid Instructor, EMS Safety Services First Aid CPR and AED Instructor
