It was a great experience! Gianna reviewed my skin type/concerns thoroughly and made a customized recommendation tailored based on my condition. During the facial, she was very thoughtful and gentle, introduced different products, devices, and ingredients that will help my skin. She made the environment very relaxing, quiet and peaceful.
