- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First of all, we respect all our elderly community and all our veterans and we provide all of them with 10% off of any service that we provide. And the prices of chimney sweep or chimney repair can be changed based on the fireplace in Chimney condition. The only flat price we have it’s for chimney and fireplace inspection which cost $69.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all we showing up on time and provide our clients professional and accurate estimate about their fireplace in Chimney condition. If Customer agreed to the terms, and there is good chemistry, first of all, we start with good preparation to make sure their home will stay clean as it was. After that, we start doing the service and if there’s any question during the service customer more than welcome to ask, and we also explaining step-by-step and taking pictures of before, and after to make sure that our clients understand every step of the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience working in companies that specialized in a Chimney and fireplace services and I have my own business here in Los Angeles County about six years. I am a professional and insured business.
