- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation to understand your vision, needs, and budget. From there, we create a detailed written proposal that outlines the full scope of work, materials, allowances, and payment schedule so you know exactly what to expect. Once approved, our team schedules the project, handles permits if needed, and keeps you updated at every stage — from demolition to final walkthrough. We believe communication and transparency are key, so you’ll always know where your project stands. Our goal is to make the entire experience stress-free, efficient, and enjoyable, while delivering craftsmanship that truly transforms your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent over a decade in the construction and remodeling industry, gaining hands-on experience in every trade — from framing and electrical to finish carpentry and design. I’m also a licensed General Contractor in the state of California (CSLB #1107721) and continue to stay up to date with building codes, safety standards, and new construction technologies. In addition, my background as a U.S. Marine Corps veteran has shaped my approach to leadership, discipline, and attention to detail — values that I bring into every project we take on at My Remodeling Inc.
