What really stood out to me was how much he went above and beyond without me even having to ask. He didn’t just complete the job — he elevated it. Areas I hadn’t even noticed were touched up and perfected. The space looks brand new. Clean lines, crisp edges, zero mess left behind. You can tell he takes real pride in his craft.

His efforts takes two days to complete rather than the quicker single day turnaround pitched by other teams, emphasizing the importance of proper surface preparation paired with sufficient curing time to allow the polyaspartic floor coating to reach its maximum hardness protection. Note: the polyaspartic application has a very strong odor the first couple of days, but after the third day the VOCs dissipated significantly. That said, be ready to air it out for longer if you're sensitive to scents.
He wasn't the cheapest, but only marginally more than the cheaper acrylic epoxy treatments that are inferior in durability and non-yellowing properties with a much longer lifespan by a decade or more. One other thing I would recommend is to discuss how to control and clean the excess flakes during and after application. I had to use a shop vacuum to clean up areas where the flakes escaped to.
