Pattie and Brandy did a great job cleaning our new rental house. We had just moved in, and the place was a little surface grimy. Not anymore - it looks, feels, and smells clean. They were both very polite and got down to business. Their prices are competitive. I'll be a regular customer.

I gave this company 5 stars because I don’t want to take away from the outstanding work they performed. I had a couch that wouldn’t fit through a door and they literally hoisted it up a floor and put it over the balcony ! They were amazing and very easy to work with. My comment for improvement is in the fact that I was told a flat rate of 175 dollars. After the work was done they asked me for 300 dollars to compensate for drive time and the extra effort to move the sofa. Now I get the extra effort part but no one ever asked me for measurements or told me anything about drive time. The job was estimated at 2 hours and took exactly two hours. I ended up paying 250 because they were so great and I know many companies would have walked away when the couch didn’t fit. But no one likes surprises and a flat fee is a flat fee. You have to let people know if drive time is part of the deal. This is really constructive criticism because I’d use them again but be very clear about the terms.

My place isn’t very big but I have animals. They did a deep clean and the whole experience was great. Not like other companies I’ve used where they try and charge more or refuse to clean things.

We used them to do a deep clean on a very large home that had been used for airbnb. The renter had a party and we were distraught we called Joncowest they came out SAME DAY and really saved us. Worth every penny the cleaners are very nice and efficient
