I have used Zip Couriers for delivery, court filing and county recording services several times already and have always had a pleasant experience thus far.
Their service has always been timely and reliable, customer service personnel is helpful and courteous. The pricing in Burbank/Glendale/Pasadena area is the lowest I've been able to find among the local companies, and fairly competitive for the rest of San Fernando Valley and the greater Los Angeles area.
One time they could not make a same-day delivery because they were already booked up for the day and offered me a discount for the service on the following day. I didn't take it because I needed a parcel delivered that day, but at least they were straight-forward and professional in the way they handled the situation.
