I did front and backyard landscaping with Serrano’s landscaping and my family is so happy about the result. Jackie and Hernan, and his team are so nice and diligent people. I could tell they tried to do their best to make us happy. I had all the grass replaced with new sod and the backyard is so nice! I had dirt pathway with gravels and plant more bushes and flowers. It is sad I can put only 20 photos here. After their job is done, Jackie and Hernan regularly visit to see the new sod is growing well. I love them as people and their professionalism. I would definitely do the business with them if any more landscaping is needed.

I can’t say enough positive things about Serrano’s landscape and hardscape - they are the real deal! Response time was immediate and their pricing is very reasonable. I hired them to level the bordering rocks between our concrete paver and they did a fabulous job. Their professionalism and meticulous work was beyond my expectation! I can’t say enough great things about Serrano’s! I had ordered turf online for my walkway that needed to be cut very precisely to fit around gas lines and fencing. Jackie came over the same day as I posted the project on Thumbtack to assess the project along with a landscaper on her team. Jackie gave me an estimate on the spot as well as a an install date. Jackie explained every step that would be taken to install the turf and I was immediately impressed by her professionalism. She gave me every confidence that this job would be done right. Two days day before the install, Jackie messaged to confirm and the crew of two installers plus Jackie arrived exactly at the time that was communicated. The installers worked amazingly fast. They brought in 4 inches of soil, weed blocker as well as a layer of deodorizing pellets to help keep the turf free of odors from my dog relieving herself on it. They worked meticulously to level the soil using several tools. Jackie kept me informed the entire time they were working and they finished up in the time that was outlined. They even used a leaf blower upon finishing to ensure there wasn’t a spec of dirt left behind in the work area. They even measured the distance of walking pattern to properly install the stepping stones! I couldn’t be happier with the finished result! Bravo Serrano’s! Book them for your next landscaping job big or small!
