I personally don't find working out enjoyable, but with Carla's motivation and her group structured work outs, I found the experience a step toward changing my lifestyle. Carla is the perfect balance between Boot Camp Instructor and a motivational friend. She emotionally invests in her clients because she too has started from where we all are since day one with her. She invests all of her energy in trying to not only make you determine to change your body image, but educate you on healthy life style practices. She went above and beyond and tailored work outs to where you wanted to focus your efforts on. I would definitely recommend her to all future friends looking for a change in their health.

Carla Martin is an excellent Personal Trainer! I began working with her earlier this year and had a great experience! She was so motivating and pushed me to my limit every time! During our sessions she encouraged me and helped me see that I was getting stronger and with each session was different! Never a dull moment! Although the physical pain I was enduring wasn’t fun or even something to look forward to, She made every session worth my time and in due time, proved that what we were doing was so worth every sweat, every tear, and every sore muscle! Carla is so incredibly patient and takes every factor into consideration. I have had knee surgery in the past and she made sure to revolve our work outs around my physical limitations. She really takes you under her care in more than just training you physically but also mentally. She coaches you day to day and offers Meal prep ideas, the dos and don’ts – it really is the whole package! I would recommend Carla and her #watchusdoitfitness program to my family and friends and to anyone willing to make that change!

Carla Martin is a great personal trainor. She helped me excell in how I do exercises and was able to make me feel better about myself. Naturally exercising is intense but having her as a personal trainor I was always reassured that I was doing great and doing everything correctly. She is always there to push you and help you do your best and challenge yourself. The previous experience I've had with personal trainers are that they either don't push you or make you do something way too difficult but she works with you is constantly saying how great your doing. It only took an hour a week, for me, to feel great. Being in college and having a busy schedule it is difficult to find time to workout, and working out with Carla was a great and fun experience. She makes it exciting to sweat, and burn carbs I may or may not have eaten before. She is always on time and available. Her workouts are routines you don't really see anywhere in a fitness magazine or a workout dvd. I would recommend her to all of my friends and anyone who wants to get tone, or lose weight and feel good after a successful workout. Two thumbs up for Carla!!!!!!

Recently I have been dedicated to working out as best I could with the knowledge that I have. However, Carla's group sessions have given me so much knowledge of working out and how to do it the right way in order to get the results you want. Her enthusiasm and cheerleader attitude always helps me when working out because I know I have her support and guidance.She truly does care about her clients and wants to see them reach their goals with her by their side. I definitely recommend Carla if you are looking for personal trainer that pushes you to go further and still have the personality of a motivating friend.
