We believe in transparent, straightforward pricing with no hidden fees. Our management fee is percentage-based and all-inclusive—we don't believe in nickel-and-diming our clients with add-on charges for basic services. We're happy to provide detailed pricing during our initial conversation so you understand exactly what you're paying for and the value you're receiving. Our goal is to maximize your ROI while keeping things simple and predictable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand your goals and concerns—whether you're a first-time landlord or transitioning from another manager. Then we conduct a thorough property assessment, take professional photos, and set up your property in our management system. We'll walk you through our owner portal where you'll have 24/7 access to financials, maintenance requests, and property updates. If your property needs a tenant, we handle marketing, screening, and placement. Throughout, we keep you informed every step of the way because we know how frustrating it is to be left in the dark.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings over 15 years of experience as both property owners and property managers. Our leasing agents are licensed real estate professionals, and we're owned by a licensed broker, so we're always up-to-date on current California landlord-tenant laws and regulations. We also have a dedicated client success specialist with over 15 years in operations and client care to ensure our property owners are well taken care of. This dual perspective—knowing what it's like to be on both sides—shapes everything we do, from proactive communication to protecting your investment for the long term.
