I have a 10 foot square shed, over 30 years old, and the roof was leaking causing me to consider tearing it down. Instead, I did repairs on the inside and had Roof Repair Specialist replace the composition roof. Adam came out for consultation, and by the time he left, we had a signed agreement via our phones. The installation was done very nicely, and in a little less than half a day. I feel the price was reasonable. The whole company seems very customer oriented and I recommend them. I do have to mention that we've not had serious rain yet, but the office told me to be sure to contact them if any issues.

I highly recommend Roof Repair Specialist! Our HOA hired them to replace the flat torch down roof on our 8-unit townhome building. This was a challenging project particularly with all the HVAC units located on this area of the roof. But, they handled it extremely well for a fair price. They have a "can do" attitude and were quick to repair and address any issues or concerns. We also had rain show up in the forecast after they started and they were able to complete the project ahead of schedule in time for the rain event. Julio was our production coordinator and Alvaro was the onsite foreman. These two individuals did an amazing job. We'll definitely recommend and use them again when we are ready to replace our asphalt shingle roof.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to schedule an appointment for one of our consultants to come, check out the roof issues, and give you an estimate. When you sign the estimate, your work order is handed to our Production team. They will acquire necessary permits and schedule for your roofing job to begin. We'll keep you informed every step of the way on progress, and our technicians will do a quality job, cleaning up after themselves. Finally we'll give you an invoice and provide before/after photos of the work we completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crew receives monthly training in order to stay safe on the job and do the best quality work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started initially by doing repairs only. Then we saw we were repairing so many roofs that had been installed incorrectly in the first place. And we decided, we can do better.
