Loved working with this team! Their customer service was excellent from start to finish. They were highly organized and quickly identified the issue. We had a major roof leak, and as soon as I called, they came out right away and installed a temporary cover to prevent further damage until the rains stopped.Once the weather cleared, they promptly followed up, scheduled the repair, and fixed the roof and tiles. The quality of their work was outstanding. Throughout the process, they kept me informed with emails and photos, were very transparent with updates, and offered great pricing for such high-quality work.I appreciated their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Our experience getting our estimate was phenomenal.Bo came by, and was hands-down the most thorough of all the estimates we received. He inspected every corner of the roof and was the only one who went into the attic, whicj was where our original issue was. Friendly, highly knowledgeable, and very responsive, his approach felt truly diagnostic rather than sales-driven. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to schedule an appointment for one of our consultants to come, check out the roof issues, and give you an estimate. When you sign the estimate, your work order is handed to our Production team. They will acquire necessary permits and schedule for your roofing job to begin. We'll keep you informed every step of the way on progress, and our technicians will do a quality job, cleaning up after themselves. Finally we'll give you an invoice and provide before/after photos of the work we completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crew receives monthly training in order to stay safe on the job and do the best quality work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started initially by doing repairs only. Then we saw we were repairing so many roofs that had been installed incorrectly in the first place. And we decided, we can do better.
