- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to schedule an appointment for one of our consultants to come, check out the roof issues, and give you an estimate. When you sign the estimate, your work order is handed to our Production team. They will acquire necessary permits and schedule for your roofing job to begin. We'll keep you informed every step of the way on progress, and our technicians will do a quality job, cleaning up after themselves. Finally we'll give you an invoice and provide before/after photos of the work we completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crew receives monthly training in order to stay safe on the job and do the best quality work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started initially by doing repairs only. Then we saw we were repairing so many roofs that had been installed incorrectly in the first place. And we decided, we can do better.
