We offer software solutions to businesses that are looking for a less costly alternative to bigger, more expensive consulting firms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally set up a meeting with the customer first to understand their needs. After we gather sufficient details from the customer, we spend a day or two with our team to put together a proposal. After the customer reviews and accepts the terms, we then put together a Master Service Agreement that includes Scope of Work, Milestones, Payments and etc.
