They responded immediately to my initial query, came promptly to take measurements, were friendly and receptive to my questions about the design, fabricated it in a remarkably short time, and installed it efficiently. Its really tough to find a reputable company for custom installations. I needed carport gates, a front door, and a side gate designed and installed, and it was such a relief to find a true one-stop shop that handled everything quickly and efficiently.Im definitely not the easiest customerI ask a lot of questionsbut the team was incredibly patient and communicative throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer everything thoroughly before and during installation, which made me feel much more comfortable and confident.As for pricing, I always look for the best value, and in this case, I truly feel like I got excellent pricing without sacrificing any quality. Our pricing is calculated based on each projects’ specific goals and aesthetics. Through our years of experience and data collection for projects, we are able to calculate the labor and materials for every project to ensure accurate and fair pricing for any project we see. This helps us stay competitive with the market pricing and ensure our clients that do not have to overpay for quality, long-lasting ironwork.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a small business, we operate like a family with our operations and treat all our clients as such. We offer our expertise and opinion when called upon and always do what would be best for you - the client:
1. Free on-site consultation to discuss your project
2. Quick turnaround time for pricing, usually within 24 hours
3. Meeting to take measurements, finalize details & get the project going
4. Renderings sent to client within 48 hours (based on project size)
5. Upon approval of renderings, in-house fabrication begins
6. Scheduling of installation as the fabrication nears completion
7. Collect review from another happy client
Our team is extremely communicative throughout the whole process to ensure that you are never wondering what is going on - and we take pride in that!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Three generations of fire, steel and pride. Grandfather was a maritime & heavy equipment welder. Father was a fabricator and installer of all miscellaneous steelwork. I have been working in the shop since I was a little boy and haven’t left ever since. Metal working isn’t just what we do - it’s who we are.
