Introduction
A lot of my work is focused on teaching my students how to find their inner confidence to excel and also teaching a method rather than just focusing on the material, so eventually the student can "learn" on their own.
Seeing the "lightbulb" go on, seeing a student as a changed person -- this gives me great satisfaction.
