Adora was the BEST coordinator for our wedding. We had a completely DIY venue and there were a million moving pieces.
She handled each hiccup with grace and was understanding of little tweaks I requested throughout the night.
She has also been so helpful with navigating some missing items afterwards and tracking them down. If I got married again, I’d hire Adora 10000x!

I reached out to Petali D'Amore for help planning a milestone birthday party for my husband but reconsidered, thinking I could do everything myself. I was wrong! Adora did a great job planning and coordinating my birthday. We had it at Cimulated VR in Bakersfield, CA. It felt like my party had no issues. If there were any issues, I never knew and she took care of everything. Highly recommend. Cheap prices for great service.

Adora is AMAZING. She is so kind, easy to talk to, and very responsive. She was so understanding about our wedding postponement and even offered us some of our deposit back if we were to cancel, but of course we said no, and that we are eager for her to help us for our wedding possibly next year. Although I haven’t actually used her services yet, I can tell you that her and her business are worth every penny she charges. (Not to mention she is SO reasonable and respectful to your budget.) Truly a great and honest businesswoman. She will not disappoint!!

Our pricing begins firmly at $1,000 for basic coordination. We have experience you will not find with most companies in the industry. We also make booking with us an easy decision with our available payment plans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will setup a discovery call to get a detailed understanding of how we can support you on your wedding day. Next, you'll review a quote, sign a contract, submit the retainer, and check wedding planning off your list!
