We ended up replacing our old Emerson Quiet Kool mini-split system with a new TCL Free Match multi-zone system, including a 27,000 BTU outdoor inverter condenser, an 18,000 BTU living room unit, and a 12,000 BTU bedroom unit. What really impressed me was their integrity. Before deciding to replace the system, they took the time to properly diagnose our existing unit instead of immediately trying to sell us a new one. We had received other opinions that felt more focused on making a sale than helping us understand the actual problem. Alex was transparent, explained our options, and gave us a fair price without any pressure. Installation day wasn’t straightforward because they had to work through several issues left behind by the previous installation, but Alex and his team never cut corners. They stayed well into the evening to make sure everything was installed correctly, tested thoroughly, and working the way it should. It’s hard to find contractors who combine technical skill with honesty and genuine customer service, but that’s exactly what we found.
