- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard pricing system. However I do use tools and apps to evaluate the required time and the level of expertise for each engagement and charge accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I follow the following process when I work with a new client 1- Schedule a phone call and make a quick introductory phone call to understand the client's needs and insure that it's a great match.
