I had a couple of great experiences with Alex. First, I hired him to replace a leaky faucet in my garage. He had the best price of the 3 estimates I got and fixed it no problem and in no time. A couple weeks later, I noticed some water leaking into my garage from the area of the bathtub drain. I called Alex the next morning and he was at my house a couple hours later. He ran tests and wasn’t able to find a leak coming from the shower, sink, or toilet, so he suggested that the silicone around the tub may need to be replaced. I offered to pay him but he refused.
These experiences mean that I’ll definitely hire 3A for my next plumbing job(s). As a first time homeowner, it can be hard to find people you trust to do good work for a fair price. This crew has earned my business because they’ve proven they meet that standard. Highly recommend!
