- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is very simple. We work closely with our clients to meet their budget while not compromising taste and presentation. Our minimum for an event is a total of $1000.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very simple and our goal is to make it as simple as possible for our clients. We first always find out what goal the client would like to achieve, what budget they are working with (so we can provide the best options) and how can we assist making the event successful, delicious and beautiful. Listening very carefully to our clients and understanding their needs is the key to our Success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Chefs are finger printed, serve safe and trained. We have many amazing Chefs with the same goal that create a great team at Rainbow Chefs.
