- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the scope of work. Troubleshooting and service calls are charged separately from repair work. After diagnosing the issue, I provide a clear estimate before any additional work is performed. There are no hidden fees, and customers are informed of all costs before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I discuss the customer’s needs and gather information about the project. For troubleshooting calls, I perform a detailed inspection to identify the cause of the issue. Once the problem is diagnosed, I provide a clear explanation and estimate before starting any repair work. My goal is to complete every project safely, professionally, and efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of hands-on electrical experience and hold a California electrical contractor license. Throughout my career, I have worked on residential and commercial projects, electrical troubleshooting, panel upgrades, lighting systems, and code-compliant installations.
