I sent out the request to install some shelves that are a bit unique. I immediately got a response from everyone involved but Rinat was the cheapest and gave me a call immediately upon request getting sent out. We arranged a time the next day. Usually contractors and other service workers come withing a 1 hour delta of the scheduled time. Rinat is one of the few that came exactly on time. The process took about 20 minutes to complete. Quick work. Will reach out again when I need more help hanging things up.
