- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All jobs are very specific due to access, wood choice and condition of wood. Pricing includes the following; Power-washing, cleaner(if necessary),sanding (if necessary), materials and labor. Prices start at; Fences - $4/Sq. foot Fences with lattice $5/Sq. foot Decks - $4/Sq. foot Rails - $5/Sq. foot Other Services - Power-washing - $150 Minimum Window Cleaning - $20/window
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come estimate free of charge. We measure and assess the condition/access and discuss realistic expectations. We discuss color choices, Do we ''conceal or reveal'' (depends on condition). We are always willing to do a sample area with color choices. Your satisfaction is our #1 goal! Flexible Scheduling. This is usually a multi-day process; Day 1 - Powerwash and cleaner (if necessary) Day 2 and beyond - Staining.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been restoring decks and fences for almost 15 years as a side job whilst being a union construction worker. I have recently went out on my own and created PHM.
