Harry went the extra mile when it was time for my interior design client's game room carpet to be installed. At first she did not want him to install around the pool table and not move it since it was a special concrete top and very heavy base. Harry did not think that would be the best solution, so he went over the week before to see the table and then did some research about the pool table. He informed me that he had researched the pool table and felt confident about moving it correctly, installing the carpet correctly, and moving the pool table back to it's original placement. His team did a wonderful job! The client is so happy that he went the extra mile to do the research and install the carpet normally instead of how she first wanted it done. We stumbled upon Harry's when we were looking for a custom rug installation on our stairway. We had visited The Floor Store first, and we were offered a very high priced, bland selection by the numerous sales guys. We visited Harry's showroom and found a gorgeous deep red rug that we had installed and we also purchased a matching area rug once we saw how fabulous it looked on the stairs. We have since been back to Harry for an additional area rug and most recently, our kitchen floor vinyl tile installation. Don't waste your time at the commercial floor places-if you have an idea on something you like, Harry can order it for you. He gives very practical, experienced advice and won't overcharge you to pay for all those sales people standing around. Harry uses the most experienced, considerate contractors as well-that's really important to us. These guys cleaned up after the installs much nicer than I expected, and they did a wonderful job of minimizing disruption. We'll back to see Harry for any future floor needs for sure!

I can't find words glowing enough to express how happy I am with Harry, Larry and their installation team. I was years overdue to replace carpets with new flooring, as it just seemed too big and overwhelming a task. Harry is the nicest guy and took the time to thoroughly explain the process and was always available when I had questions or concerns. I had an immediate trust in his integrity and commitment to provide a great experience. I knew I was in good hands.His partner Larry took a hands-on approach, coming out to evaluate the project personally and later supervising the installation team. I could always talk to Larry too if something needed attention.Jose and Rodriguez dug into the hard work of installation. They truly worked as a team, carefully but super efficiently, and never complained, even though the job was immense, in a small condo with a lot of heavy furniture. They were wonderful.Now I have beautiful new floors that make me feel like I moved into a beautiful new home.
