Zem and Stephan are absolute experts and professionals! Not only was their inspection so thorough, they shared so much information about mold and the process that I didnt know while they were here. I called Zem late on a Saturday night (around 830pm), he patiently explained everything to me over the phone , and came to our home the next morning (on a Sunday ) because we had an urgent need for testing so that we could install a new HVAC system due to the high temperatures in the area recently. He did an excellent and efficient job. He even found some unrelated things that would be extremely beneficial to our home, relating to insulation and also to water drainage and the crawl space under our house. This was above and beyond what was expected. His promptness, professionalism, friendliness, and depth of experience made it truly a joy to work with him. 10 times out of 10 I would recommend him highly to anyone. Very positive experience with him, very pleased with his work.

We use a comprehensive inspection fee based on the property and overall scope of the assessment.
Our pricing is designed to keep the process straightforward and includes the inspection, appropriate sampling, and laboratory analysis without adding separate per-sample fees.
If remediation is recommended, that work is quoted separately based on the specific conditions and areas involved. We provide clear, upfront pricing so clients understand what is included before moving forward.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about the property, the concerns you are experiencing, and any history of leaks, moisture, odors, or previous mold issues.
From there, we schedule a comprehensive inspection to assess the areas of concern, check moisture conditions, and determine whether air or surface sampling is appropriate. Samples are analyzed by an accredited third-party laboratory, and we provide a detailed report explaining the findings, likely sources, and recommended next steps.
If remediation is needed, we can prepare a tailored scope of work based on the inspection findings. Once the work is complete, we also offer post-remediation clearance inspections and testing to verify that the affected areas have been successfully addressed.
Throughout the process, our goal is to keep everything clear, responsive, and easy to understand so you can make informed decisions about your property.
