Zem and Stephan are absolute experts and professionals! Not only was their inspection so thorough, they shared so much information about mold and the process that I didnt know while they were here. I called Zem late on a Saturday night (around 830pm), he patiently explained everything to me over the phone , and came to our home the next morning (on a Sunday ) because we had an urgent need for testing so that we could install a new HVAC system due to the high temperatures in the area recently. He did an excellent and efficient job. He even found some unrelated things that would be extremely beneficial to our home, relating to insulation and also to water drainage and the crawl space under our house. This was above and beyond what was expected. His promptness, professionalism, friendliness, and depth of experience made it truly a joy to work with him. 10 times out of 10 I would recommend him highly to anyone. Very positive experience with him, very pleased with his work.

Using Scientific Technologies & Equipment and the labs to inspect, detect and deliver the full analytical reports in a quick turnaround time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we communicate with the client, we can have our testing plan to determine what needs to be done.
Full visual inspection using the moisture meter & infrared camera to identify areas more likely to have hidden mold.
Air cell testing to measure the number of mold spores in the air, swab testing when there is visible mold.
Collect the samples and send them to our third-party laboratory, then you will receive your report in three business days.
We will share, provide and advise you of the necessary recommendations that are needed.
