FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are project-based and clearly scoped up front. That means you know exactly what’s included, what the deliverables are, and what the investment is before we begin. I don’t offer open-ended hourly billing. Most clients come to me because they want clear direction, efficient decision-making, and a well-run process, not uncertainty or creeping scope. I offer focused consultations and design intensives for smaller projects, as well as full design and planning services for larger remodels.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a short conversation to understand your goals, timeline, and scope. From there, I recommend the right service for your needs, whether that’s a floor plan review, a design intensive, or full remodel design, and provide a clearly defined proposal with fixed pricing. Once approved, we move quickly into your design work so you can start making confident decisions and move your project forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 19 years of experience working on high-end residential and hospitality projects, including full-home remodels, renovations, and new construction. I hold professional design credentials including: • NCIDQ Certification • California Certified Interior Designer (CID) • LEED AP These reflect advanced training in interior design, building systems, space planning, life safety, materials, and construction coordination. My background combines both the creative and technical sides of design so clients receive beautiful spaces that are also well-executed and buildable.
