I live in a house in the Mill Valley Hills with zero parking and if I want to throw a big party, I have to hire a parking shuttle to pick guests up from downtown to my house. I have used other companies for past parties and they’ve always been problematic. This is the first time I have been thrilled with the Shuttle company that I used. My driver was Ailton and he was so nice. He came early to make sure he knew the route because it is a very tricky one. He never got lost, he was a great driver, the guests loved him, they felt comfortable with him, everything about the entire experience was five stars. I’m not planning on having any future big parties, but if I do, I will 100% use this company again (especially Ailton!). I am also recommending this company to all my friends that live in houses with no parking but like to throw big parties.

Me and my husband had a great ride getting taken to our wedding and back. We had to drive over the bay bridge and back for a city hall wedding and Lux Journey did everything perfect. They always made sure we had water and they were here on time to take us to our wedding and back. Communication was great and made sure to let us know who our driver was. 10/10
