Lucas was very professionalism, communicative, and accommodating. Lucas sent me a text message informing me that there was an accident on the freeway and as a result, he would be five minutes late. I really appreciated Lucas’ communication and honesty in that moment. During the drive, my fiancée complained of the temperature being a little cold inside of the vehicle and Lucas adjusted the temperature to her likening without hesitation, which I really appreciated. Overall, Lucas was great and the drive was a smooth round trip for my wife and I. I highly recommend this company for any and all transportation services!

Luna and Lucas were our drivers from SFO to Napa for a quick weekend get away for my husband and I and they were professional and on time. Making a reservation was easy and all my questions were answered quickly. We were very happy with their service, I would absolutely use them again and recommend Lux to our friends.
