Introduction: My work stand out from the others because of my love for my job. Because I enjoy sharing health and wellness to my clients I never feel like I am working. I am one of only a few people that I know that really enjoys their job. My clients become my friends and along the way to their goals we create a strong bond. I like changing lives, health has opened so many amazing doors for myself that i feel it is my duty to show people the the beneficial light at the end of the tunnel. I also like getting to know my clients and helping them though other trials and tribulations in their lives besides health. A healthy body is mental and physical so I try and strengthen both during my sessions.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    This is a field I was always good at being an ex college football player and current boxer I have always been in top shape. I have years of first hand knowledge from some of the greatest strength and conditioning coaches. Having multipul degrees in exercise science and Kinesiology doesn't hurt as well.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I create workouts specific to your needs and goals and create a program for you to do on the days we do not see each other. My main goal is for you to see positive body changes and will do all I can to make sure you reach them.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    I helped a client loose over 100 pounds and taught them the proper and fun way to box and use it as a form of strength training and weight lose.
