- How did you get started doing this type of work?
This is a field I was always good at being an ex college football player and current boxer I have always been in top shape. I have years of first hand knowledge from some of the greatest strength and conditioning coaches. Having multipul degrees in exercise science and Kinesiology doesn't hurt as well.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I create workouts specific to your needs and goals and create a program for you to do on the days we do not see each other. My main goal is for you to see positive body changes and will do all I can to make sure you reach them.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I helped a client loose over 100 pounds and taught them the proper and fun way to box and use it as a form of strength training and weight lose.
