Our pricing depends on the rug’s size, material, and the type of work needed. We provide clear, upfront quotes with no hidden fees, and offer free local pickup and delivery. We also give discounted rates for multiple rugs or returning customers. Every rug is handled individually, and the price always reflects the level of care it deserves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by inspecting each rug either in person or through detailed photos the customer sends us. This helps us understand the rug’s condition, materials, and any specific issues like stains or fringe damage. Once we provide a clear quote, we arrange free local pickup. Each rug is then hand washed and, if needed, repaired by our restoration team using traditional methods. Finally, we deliver it back clean, refreshed, and ready to be enjoyed again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team’s roots go back to Turkey, where rug weaving and restoration are part of everyday life. Each member has years of hands-on experience learning from skilled artisans — mastering how to clean, repair, and preserve both handmade and modern rugs using time-honored techniques. Today, we combine that traditional craftsmanship with modern care standards to give every rug the attention it deserves.
