I interviewed 6 contractors on my bathroom remodel and I decided to go with Smart Homes. It was an easy decision because their price was very competitive and Eden from smart homes completely understood what I wanted to do. They were also available in short time and soon after we signed a contract they started to work on the project. Eden was very helpful, honest and communicative. He and his team were great to work with and they did excellent job. My bathroom turned out exactly as I requested and final price was within my budget. Thank you Smart Homes on a phenomenal new bathroom.

My husband and I interviewed over ten companies for our remodel for over a year. After meeting Roy and Gal, the decision was finally made that we were going with Smart Homes. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and overall communication is exceeding my expectation. We are in the middle of it all and they make what could be a very stressful process, better than what I was expecting. Overall, I am thrilled with our decision and will post pictures when complete.

Bathroom Remodel
Our experience with Smart Homes was positive. From the initial meeting for an estimate through day 1 logistics and last minute details to get the job done on time.
Some of the highlights of the project:
Smart Homes offered a very competitive bid, honored it and at no point were there hidden costs or any surprises. We’ve done remodel projects in the past and this was the first time the quoted price is what we paid.
The end date was guaranteed. Obviously things out of everyone’s control (like the toilet arriving broken) can affect the schedule, but even so Smart Homes was done with the work and inspections by the quoted end date. And, they even came back the following week when the back-ordered LED mirror arrived to make sure it was installed correctly.
Smart Homes assisted with some of the decisions on materials when we had to make last second changes due to discontinued materials. They recommended locations to find what we wanted and made sure the entire project came together and looked like we expected.
The team in our house was professional and respectful to the rest of the house, making sure the mess was confined to the bathroom. While onsite they communicated and asked questions when a decision point was reached. They never ‘guessed’ at what we would want, making sure we got what we expected.
My only critical feedback would be on the overall communication from the project manager. It was minor and never affected the actual work, but I felt I needed to stay on top of the communication because the front office and the build team weren’t on the same page. Again, it didn’t affect getting the work done as we were available onsite in the morning and evening to answer any questions.
We would definitely recommend Smart Homes to our friends. We are planning to remodel another bathroom with them in the coming months.

I recently purchased a townhouse. I knew it needed work but was scared of having never done a remodel before. I met with Eden at Smart Homes Inc. and he was very patient and explained everything to me in detail. It made me decide to do even more work than I originally planned. I remodeled the kitchen and two bathrooms, replaced the old carpet with beautiful hardwood floors and tile throughout the entire house. We also added electric in certain rooms and replaced old lights with LED lighting. Working with the team at Smart Homes made me feel like I was being listened to, and they guided me through the process in a professional manner. The workers were experienced and nice. They always showed up. I love the finished product. It's exceeded my vision. I will hire them again in the future to do more.

We have discounts for veterans and seniors. We extend our contractor wholesale cost prices to our customers for countertops, cabinets, vanities, toilets, tubs etc. We offer a generous 2nd project discount for returning customers as well. We work with great finance companies to ensure you get the home of your dreams today, but don't empty your wallet today.

We come see your home and speak with you in detail about what is important to you. We explain every step of the work to be done and make sure it incorporates everything you're looking for. We work with you throughout the process to make sure, not just the outcome is as expected, but that the process is smooth and seamless for you and your family.

We have a combined 40 years of experience remodeling residential buildings/homes in LA. We are licensed, bonded and insured.
