They arrived on time, were hard working and courteous. Very fast to respond and the price was better than the other 2 companies I contacted. They weren't able to finish the job the same day and it was going to be several days before they could come back. As escrow was closing the following day it was important the cleanup got completed. After they left I received a text recommending another person who was able to come later the same day. They were great also! You might not think junk removal guys would be professional, but these men are. My expectations were surpassed and I would certainly use them again.

These guys are great!! I put out a request this morning to have a bunch of trash taken away (all generated during a move and some remodeling), and they responded promptly to my request, set up a time to come out, were here exactly on time, were super friendly, and took everything without even batting an eye. Thanks so much!! We'll definitely be using you in the future :)

Downsizing and had furniture, exercise equipment, bbq, and other items that needed to be donated or discarded. Workers arrived when they said they would and were extremely cordial and professional. Job went perfectly and we will definitely use Thumbtack again
