Ray Hahn, who was in charge of the cleaning crew that came to my house today, seemed very eager to meet my needs & expectations, which was gratifying. Although not everything was perfect, I think he'll be able to improve on what was done this time, plus provide additional needed services, so I'm going to have him & another crew member return in 4 weeks to clean for me again.
