Introduction: Face Painter Jenni Mennes and all employ there of would like to thank you for viewing our quote and taking your time to review our materials for consideration. Please note that our services will now be strictly contractual only (you will be provided a legal service contract prior to booking and it will become effective and legally binding once signed) to avoid any confusion. I have had a few quotes go out where potential clients had felt they were booked in our negotiations, however no follow up was given by the client and no return contract was given. Due to these circumstances and in attempt to protect the integrity of our services as well as your event, as well as keep our feed back more genuine, we will no longer be booking solely by the “click hire” system Thumbtack offers. This service is not yet foolproof and clients feel they can hire without approval or notification of the pro or feel they no longer have to for fill any obligation to the pro from the business aspect, thumbtack has not advanced their systems in order to protect both client and pro in this regard. Click to hire had served us very well before , but now Thumbtack has expanded their options and capabilities from client end resources which has lead confusion from some clients and we do not want any uncertainties or potential upsets to our clients. We provide peace of mind, keeping our services simple and creating memories that are exceptional in the process. You may see a review that is unlike my others (which all the rest are all stellar full star satisfactory reviews) and another that was given by accident (no comment review). I will answer any questions you may have, provide screenshots of the booking (or failure to) process with that particular client for clarity and consideration (as suggested by Thumbtack who viewed all the material themselves and was in full agreement with me (pro). We take our roles seriously as professionals and do so to promote satisfaction and great quality services to all our clients. We have done so for a decade and a half :) With that being said, on to the stuff you actually want to read ;) A little about me: How did you get your start? Believe it or not I started off as a freelance makeup artist! I've done editorial work all up and down the California coast and have been the lead artist at tons of weddings (making special days extra special has always been my thing) but I loved to be extra creative and began dipping my brushes in face paint on the side for charity events and my passion for it thrived from there! How long have you been Face painting? Since I was in my teens, but have done so in a professional capacity since 2002, so about 16 years now. Where's the coolest place you've ever worked Face painting? I've done special effect work for Universal Studios Hollywood as a main artist for their Halloween Horror Nights, and Aracely painted in the Park as well. I have also face painted on city walk (their mall area adjacent to their park), Santa Monica Pier, and Venice Beach. You've done a lot in California, but you live in Arizona now, what brought you here? A Ford Expedition! Haha. On a serious note, the vehicle belong to my at the time close friend, who later became my husband. So, in actuality true love brought me to Arizona. My husband and I run a fun event production company together that caters to all aspects of entertainment (Dj, lighting, photo booth, the works!) Enough with the Q&A, let's talk details: *I can face paint 20-25 AMAZING FAST FACE DESIGNS per hour - these fast designs are indeed beautiful/colorful and everything you could imagine, but do not carry extreme amounts of detail details. * I can face paint 6-10 FANTASTIC FULL FACE DESIGNS per hour, depending on depth of complexity. I can add special details and extra bling to any design to take it up to a higher level for those occasions when the client wants to go all out. All my bling/glitters/adhesives etc are all cosmetic pro grade and safe for face application. If you have any sensitivities, a test patch is always recommended, cosmetic grade does not alway mean hypoallergenic and your safety and that of your guest will always be a pivotal consideration above all. I tailor my designs to meet the needs of my client and/or venue. Whether I am doing high volume speed painting or in-depth fancy face painting, I am skilled at matching the design to each individual ensuring a unique and memorable experience for everyone. Everyone at my events are equal in importance and each Face art deserves the upmost attention. I also make sure to adhere to the highest standards of sanitation at all times during my events. Keeping my Paint water, brushes, and sponges (as well as any additional equipment) clean and sanitized at all times. I believe when you pay for professional you should get no less in quality and service. Peace of mind is worth its weight in gold and that is what I provide to my clients at their important events. I facilitate the making of amazing memories, and each occasion should be remarkable and unique! I enjoy my ability to break down the barriers of my craft, I bring a little something extra to my events- whether it is my finely detailed art or the radiation of a fun and engaging demeanor, or the even my ability to be that party facilitator to the host, I make sure all the events I cater to are a unique and memorable experience. The biggest payment is the sweet and color faces I’ve painted wishing I could stay longer (it always happens!)

Jenni is very professional. From first contact till the end of our party she was a knowledgable person in all aspects of party planning, which I later found out is because she and he husband own a event planning business. Her art is wonderful and she is top quality. My guests were all impressed and she even painted the adults. She kept all of her times very clean and sanitized all throughout the event which I really liked. She was fun and bubbly and the kids really enjoyed her.we will definitely be using her again an often and recommending her to our HOA for their parties and our friends as well. She s worth every penny and her rates are some of the best. I've hired face painters before have felt I over paid, not the case with Jenni!

Jenni is fantastic! Very sweet and worth the drive. She has a sunny personality and was a pleasure to do business with. She never pressures, and is focused on what you want. She is definitely in this business as a labor of love, and that passion shines through in her work. I would recommend her to anyone, and look forward to having her do my makeup in the future.
