I have been working as Shift Lead, Banquet Captain, Bartender, Server since 2000. Also working security for events. I worked 12 years at the Riviera Country Club who hosts the PGA golf tournament every February. I have managed up to 10 bars during the tournament and other events at Riviera country club. I love what I do. I am passionate about making every detail perfect and keeping a clean organized work space. I have a positive attitude and enjoy interactions people. I have coworkers and friends in the business if more servers are needed. Every event is a life long memory created by the people who work behind the scenes. From my interactions with Ms. Woleslagle over the past four years, I've always known her to be very professional, courteous, prompt and personable when dealing with customers. phone call to talk details for the event to assure everything is stocked and ready for the event before hand.

I have a food handlers and TIPS certificate. National bartending school in 2002. I've been catering and bartending since 2000.
