These guys are the real deal. Their equipment is the same used on apartment building heating and A/C ducts, which is a vacuum directly applied to the dryer duct interior which cleans every bit away. (see pics). This is a whole level above the guys who have a shop-vac at one end, with a guy brushing the duct at the other. They were extremely polite and left zero mess. I will be using them regularly from now on.

While I ultimately hired another company due to a scheduling mix-up on my end, I was genuinely impressed by Kevin’s professionalism and responsiveness. Kevin and team were really good! They were responsive and really worked with me on my schedule. They kept cleanness post their cleaning at utmost important which I really appreciate. I will be hiring them every year now for my annual cleaning.
