KS Creative Designs / Kim Built my website for me she did a beautiful job on it with very little input from me. she took the bull by horns and run with it for say. She took what little I had and built up everything herself every time she would work on it she send it to me for approval it was always more than I expected. I get a ton of complements on the site as well. I am a General Contractor the new kid on the block and very old school didn't believe in websites but let me tell it is bringing the calls and the business I cant believe it. and her maintenance fees are real fair priced and continues to be there for me. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $40.00 per hour depending on the scope of the services involved. I can negotiate a flat fee amount for multiple projects. I also can set up a monthly retainer which allows for a 10% discount on my hourly wage. Hours will be determined based upon the volume of work needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the client to discuss the details of the work desired. I follow up with a proposal detailing the scope of the work involved, the time allocated for the design process and my fees.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master of Fine Arts Degree in Multi Media Design Bachelor of Science Degree in Digital Entertainment & Game Deisng Associates of Science Degree in Visual Communications
