- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not complicated at all, we have hourly rates for our services dependent on the number of workers at a job, and sometimes what type of job. In some situations the first hour is more expensive, this will include travel costs. Any materials, hauling or other fees are billed based on the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To stay current with the new EPA Lead Renovation law I was certified in 2010 as a lead renovator and Edward's Enterprises became a certified Lead Renovation firm with the EPA.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Handyman Services like hourly repairs, honey do lists, and maintenance. Property Maintenance on Apartments, REO and Escrow properties, and Commercial locations. Retail Maintenance for companies like Barnes and Noble, Vans, Lenscrafters, and others. Carpentry, including Decks and Fences. Plumbing Handyman repairs. Electrical Handyman repairs. Doors and Hardware repairs. Painting and Drywall handyman repairs Cleanups and Hauling, including landscape cleanups.
