- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for Seniors, Veterans, Active Military, First Responders, Teachers, and Students.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide free mold and moisture inspections for houses, apartments, or businesses. If moisture is discovered, there are most likely going to be mold issues and we would recommend remediation and mold testing would be included in the treatment price. Moisture levels need to be below 20% before starting mold remediation. If visible mold is discovered during the inspection, we recommend treatment then give you an estimate. If mold is not discovered, we may recommend mold testing that consists of three air quality tests - two inside and one outside as a control.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees have received complete and thorough training on mold and moisture inspections and mold remediation with the two-step dry fog patented system. Our employees have also been trained to be COVID compliant when entering a home or business or interacting with customers. Our company stays up to date with weekly training classes to keep all employees updated on the latest priorities in the business.
