Michael and Josh who did the work got the job done in record time. I have clay roof tiles and they were so dirty with years of moss and dirt buildup that I could not find anyone to clean. One company quit after 30 minutes on me but Michael came out assessed and showed me a sample of what his power wash could do so I hired him. He was by far the most expensive but I was amazed at how Josh who did the work took care of my tile roof as well as clean up of all stains on stucco which was a big success in my eyes. They completed this big job in 4 hours, very impressive. You really do get what you pay for. I will hire them again!

Tri County Power Washing is my go to for all our hosted events. Brought Tri County in for a quick pool deck clean up and they left the deck looking like new. I didn't realize you could steam clean a deck. I'll never use a water hose again for cleanups. Price was so reasonable I had the crew power wash my courtyard and basketball court on the same visit. My place even smelled soooooo fresh you wouldn't know we have pets running around.
If you pets and a pool I highly recommend their service.

Thank you Tri County Power Washing! They did our gutters after the recent rain. Noticed our gutters were overflowing. A friend of mine recommended Tri-County, scheduled an appointment right away. I didn't even know companies cleaned gutters. So glad I found them and would definitely recommend.
