Alex was top-notch! During the toilet install, he let me know it was broken and then offered to take me to Home Depot to get a replacement. We did that and the job got done. Very responsive, super helpful and a very good person. He took the extra time out of his schedule to get the job done. The job is done. Excellent workmanship and my wife is happy. I had a leak I couldn’t diagnose easily, so I called a plumber. Alex got the problem root cause within a minute and he finished the work with very good quality. He is very good at his craft.

Got good estimate for kitchen faucet replacement (lower than the rest) from Alex and he was the only one who texted me. Was responsive in answering my questions. He ran late though to our appointment, but once he started work, he was able to complete all the work in a short time.
