Alex was top-notch! During the toilet install, he let me know it was broken and then offered to take me to Home Depot to get a replacement. We did that and the job got done. Very responsive, super helpful and a very good person. He took the extra time out of his schedule to get the job done. The job is done. Excellent workmanship and my wife is happy. Alex install 2 widespread faucets and did a great job replacing and installing everything. He ran into some roadblocks with the piping and explained how we would fix it and even come back the next day to finish up the job. I really appreciate the openness and communication we had.

Hired this company to replace leaky P-trap and fix slow leak in the tap.
Alex worked on the leaky Ptrap for 20 mins, with the door shut. After a while, he opened the door to tell me thatp trap was fixed.
When I asked him why the toilet that he had used prior to starting the job was making a weird, he told me that he made a mistake and had flushed a bunch of toilet paper it and went to his truck to fetch auger and snaked the toilet.
Update: After the initial review, alex reached out later on to address this matter.
