I provide fair and transparent pricing with no hidden fees. In many cases, I offer free diagnostics with repair. Pricing depends on the appliance type, parts needed, and repair complexity. My goal is always to provide affordable and reliable service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask the customer for details about the appliance issue. Then I schedule a convenient appointment, diagnose the problem on-site, explain the repair options and pricing, and complete the repair as quickly and professionally as possible. I always test the appliance before finishing the job to make sure everything works properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on technical training and real-world experience repairing major appliance brands including LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, Maytag, Bosch, KitchenAid, and more. I continuously stay updated on modern appliance systems and troubleshooting methods.
