- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. It really depends on a number of factors, Age of the floor. Current condition, Customer expectations, Type of Floor or Counter to be refinished.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually offer at the customers convenience a (Ball Park) phone quote or the option to give an in person estimate as well as the option to estimate the job at the time of service. It really depends on my schedule vs the customers schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in this field since 2003. I worked for a major franchise from 2003 to 2011. I was the Head Natural Stone Technician and trainer for that franchise before leaving to start my own business.
