They don't try to sell unnecessary things. It was quite the opposite where Marko recommended not to replace attic insulation. He instead suggested adding exterior wall insulation. I postponed that project for a bit and after getting that done i already see a huge difference this winter. Marko is also knowledgeable and answers all the questions... Erick was the one who did the job (along with 1 other person). He was also good in not rushing to complete early. We had some wall paneling that needed extra support for blowing in the insulation. He handled it well. They laid sheets on the floor to reduce dust, and cleaned up the work area properly in the end.Will definitely recommend checking them out if you have insulation work.

Getting insulation blow into exterior walls of a ranch style home built in 1957. Install was quick, but loud! Be sure you're gonna go somewhere if you don't like drills hammering through stucco. After insulation, interior temps dropped by 10degrees on average, more on really hot days. So glad we did this.Marko came out to give a quote. He was good to talk with, helped me understand the ins and outs of why it was, and where there might be wiggle room. The install team was very professional. They showed up right on time, set up, and left without a huge mess.

I moved into my house a year and a half ago and started construction within a few months. The first noticeable problem was there was absolutely no insulation anywhere. I told my contractor I wanted the house and garage to be fully insulated. The process of insulating the house was fast and clean. Universal Insulation knew exactly what to do, and they were able to get into every small space. They never asked me to move anything or indicated the project would go longer than expected. They handled it all quickly and professionally. It can be very messy, but they cleaned up everything before they left. The difference was immediate. It was instantly much quieter inside. In the winter to follow, my temperature in the house with the heater off never dropped below 62. The summer was equally comfortable, and I would rarely turn my AC below 75. My PG&E bills went down almost by half. Marko, the owner, is genuinely concerned about his clients and treats them as if they are his own family. He sincerely wants to make sure his clients are happy at the end of the job. I highly recommend Universal Insulation. Its a great investment in your comfort for years to come!

Marko is very knowledgeable. I appreciate that he clearly explained everything and did not try to use scare tactics on us like so many other insulation companies tried to do. Amazing and responsive crew. The owner came in after the mitigation company that cleaned up the flood in our home and guided us through the process. They squeezed us into their schedule because they knew we had a baby at home. The morning they were scheduled to come in, Gonzalo called to let me know that a crew member called in sick and that he will be coming himself. Id recommend Universal Insulation to both friends/family and my clients.
