Edgar and his team are professional and know what they are doing. We quoted 6 plumbers for a whole house water line repiping. Knockout is the most time and economic efficient company. They abided with their committed timeline pretty well. There was a small hiccup on one day, Edgar and his team owned it up and made sure the people living in were taken care of. They also left no residual work behind. Everything was taken care of as promised. Highly recommended, especially for repiping job where you need the professionals.

They were very responsive and had availability immediately, even though I did not have a plumbing emergency. Person doing the work was kind and respectful, and completed the job with very minimal disruption to those were home at the time. The only downside is that they charged by job Instead of by time, which equated to over $300 per hour.

Really great service and super responsive. They worked later than anticipated because the part we bought was faulty, and I had to go out and get a new part. They went to their other job and came back and finished it, even though it was after 5pm on a Friday. Thank you!

Absolutely Outstanding Service – Highly Recommend Knockout Plumbing and Repipe!
I rarely write reviews, but Knockout Plumbing and Repipe truly deserve recognition for their exceptional professionalism, integrity, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
Two years ago, they reinstalled the entire sewer line for my home and backed it with a 10-year warranty—something you rarely see these days. This weekend, I had a sudden clog. They responded immediately and snaked the line. When the clog reappeared the next day, they showed up again—on a Sunday, within an hour—snaked the line, ran a camera, and ensured everything was flowing properly.
But it didn’t stop there.
They returned the very next day with a full team. They went under the crawl space, carefully checked the gradient, and found that a belly had formed in the drain pipe due to some rocks. They fixed it thoroughly, adjusted the hangers, remeasured the gradient, and made sure everything was back to optimal. They even promised to reassess if a future issue arises—no questions asked.
They also provided me with a very reasonable optional quote to replace the city-connecting drain line—but made it crystal clear that the current clog had nothing to do with that pipe, which I appreciated as a gesture of honesty.
And here’s what truly blew me away: They didn’t charge me a dime for any of the visits or the repair work—it was all covered under warranty. They even refused a tip, emphasizing that they valued my business and want to build long-term relationships.
