Our door needed new hardware and door draft stopper to close the gaps at the top and bottom of my door. Denis came out to fully assess the job and then scheduled a follow-up repair. He made the costs clear and did not try to upsell me (which I appreciate). He fixed the door and I am so happy to not have air escaping from the huge gaps. I plan on hiring him again soon!
