- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any preliminary quote is subject to change upon inspection of work, but will be communicated to customer. No work will be done unless both parties have come to terms and agreement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself and ask how can I be of service. It usually flows from there. Generally, they’ll tell me the scope of the work they want done. I’ll set up a time to go do a quick estimate and just do a quick inspection of the work to be done. I will gather all the details and materials and ************************* in the evening.
