We had an amazing experience with Arrow Roofing! We initially hired them for an inspection and David was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything clearly, took his time and left us feeling genuinely informed about our roof, which we really appreciated. He was kind, responsive, timely, and overall excellent to work with. I can’t say enough good things about David from Arrow Roofing. I noticed a leak in my bathroom right in the middle of the holiday season and was honestly panicking. Despite the busy time of year, David was super responsive and squeezed me in to take a look. He showed up exactly when he said he would, which is a huge plus. ​After a thorough check, he explained everything so clearly—it actually turns out my issue is likely the windows and not the roof. I really appreciated his honesty; he could have easily tried to sell me a repair I didn’t need, but instead, he gave me peace of mind. Truly great customer service. Highly recommend!

Well, I did not actually hire this company, due to other circumstances, and not needing to do the roof, as impressed with the responsiveness of this company… They were punctual they showed up on time, walk me through what could be the problem and was more than happy to extend themselves to answer any phone calls I may have after the visit… Which I did not have any, but I wished it were more companies like thison this app… There are a lot of companies that are on here that don’t even respond to you and a lot of companies that will set appointments and don’t even show up… I would make arrow Roofing your first contact that you reach out to

David was the main contact who coordinated the complete roofing project from start to finish. I had interviewed three companies but I ended up picking Arrow Roofing because I liked David’s personality as he was genuine, friendly, conducting himself professionally. David was detailed oriented, texting me every bit of details and answering my questions, prior to the project, making sure the items were exactly what and how I wanted. He checked in on occasion to see if I had any questions which I appreciated the concerns. The team did great work. Plan on using Arrow Roofing in the future. Thank you David for organizing the team and completed the roof right before it started to rain heavy.
