- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing follows industry standards and is transparent from the start. We provide free estimates to give customers a clear understanding of the project cost. Occasionally, we offer promotions, such as a free kitchen backsplash installation with a new kitchen remodel. If any additional work becomes necessary during the project, it is always discussed and confirmed with the customer before proceeding, ensuring there are no surprises or hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I begin by discussing the scope of the project to fully understand their needs. From there, I schedule a time to take detailed on-site measurements, which allows me to prepare an accurate estimate within a few business days. Once the estimate is reviewed and approved, I provide the customer with a clear contract that includes the project scope of work, start date and payment schedule, ensuring expectations are transparent from the beginning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve built my career on more than 25 years of hands-on experience in construction and remodeling. Throughout that time, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of residential projects, which has given me a deep understanding of both the practical and creative sides of the industry. My experience extends beyond the job site — I’ve trained employees, managed sales, and overseen every aspect of project planning and execution. This combination of fieldwork and leadership has equipped me with the skills to guide residential projects smoothly from vision to completion.
